It was a gift from my mother. It isn't often that she pays attention to what I say but back in 1997 I was in the Savannah Airport and I was admiring works by students of SCAD and I was struck by an amazing illustration of a young girl's face that was composed of hundreds of tiny little illustrations. I expressed a desire to own that picture and somehow my mother was able to purchase it for me for my birthday. Sometimes she does pay attention I guess. I hope you remember it.
